We are seeking a dynamic and energetic individual for the role of conducting disability sensitization workshops and trainings to create a societal impact. The position requires constant oversight in the disability space and a commitment to social causes, ensuring that activities are performed effectively. The candidate should excel in collecting data to analyze performance and reporting on the progress of workshops and engagements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Must have a required knowledge of Accessibility Testing.
• Plan, implement, and manage different disability sensitization programs.
• Conceptualize, organize, and manage workshops from end to end.
• Motivate and lead volunteers to create impact.
• Preferred knowledge of different causes, particularly disability.
• Coordinate and engage in disability sensitization plans and meetings.
• Manage disability sensitization projects from design and development to production.
• Schedule and coordinate engagements, programs, and meetings of respective programs.
