Openings for Persons with Disabilities (PWD) with a leading finance company in Mumbai. Seeking candidates with an MBA/MA (Full-time) qualification in HR/psychology/economics. Preference will be given to candidates from premier MBA campuses, namely TISS, SIBM Pune, and XLRI, for the batches of 2016, 2017, and 2018.

Requirements:

  • 6 to 10 years of experience in Learning & Development (L&D) + Talent Management/Employee Training/Capability Building.
  • Experience in Team Handling is essential.

Location: Mumbai (Head Office-based role), with occasional travel required at a PAN India level.
